Dragon Bike, 2023

Description

18″ x 24″ oil on canvas framed painting of the motorcycle Peter Fonda rode in the 1966 film Wild Angels.  The bike is imagined in the driveway of a Southern California house that could be anywhere from north of Los Angeles to east to Orange County or farther to San Bernardino or Riverside and places in between.  The house would have been stucco built as early as the 1940s with the colored driveway and breeze-block wall an old upgrade.
