Vendor Biography

Developed in 1976 by caterer Trilby Wiedman, and brought to you by the bottle in 1997 by her daughter Laura Joseph, Trilby’s BBQ Sauces continue to be a Northwest favorite.  Now owned by Marilee & Christo Weber, each batch is still hand-crafted, 50 gallons at a time, using the finest quality ingredients and the utmost care in production and adherence to Trilby’s original recipe and methods in our WSDA certified kitchen in Ferndale, WA.    Since 2011 we have gradually expanded our offerings, and now also make a full line of seasonings, easy dip mixes and treats that include snack mixes, seasoned nuts and candies.  In a society where the consumer is most often distanced from the person (and more probably the process) that produces the goods they purchase, it gives us great satisfaction to hand-make great products and bring them directly to marketplace where we can interact with the actual people who will be enjoying them!
