Description

Oil enamel is a vivid, rich paint that fuses together as it dries, creating a glossy tactile profile.  This scene is made from layers of carefully mixed colors with a tiny brush, creating a scene with depth that feels like a hidden portal.

This flat, round locket measures 1 1/2″ in diameter, and comes from salvaged vintage stock so the exterior is oxidized. The exterior is copper and the thin interior rim is brass. The chain is brass and measures 24 inches (61 cm).
